“After the Plague, came the Renaissance. After the Black Death devastated Europe in the 14th Century, the Renaissance followed. I've been cataloging the Bay Area as it's been slowly opening up: from empty office blocks in the Financial District, to scenic vista points mostly devoid of human life. I've been capturing these transitory moments and it brings me hope to see even one person present, and inspired to see what comes next.”
